The Orange Door Now Open In Loddon

29 October 2020

The Orange Door in Loddon – with a primary site at 57 View Street Bendigo – opened today bringing together specialist services for children and families at risk, or experiencing, family violence in the region.

Family Safety Victoria is leading the statewide roll out of The Orange Door Network. In Loddon the partnership organisations are Anglicare Victoria, Bendigo and District Aboriginal Co-operative, Centre for Non-Violence and Njernda Aboriginal Corporation.

Each primary site is complemented by access points and outposts, making it even easier for people to get in-person support wherever they live.

Access points for Loddon region will be opened in Maryborough and Echuca next year. Outposted services will also be established in Macedon Ranges and the Loddon Shire.
